Getting help

To get help, contact us through our Help Center:
  1. Select Pinterest API and Developer Tools
  2. Select what you need help with:
    • API Technical Support
    • API Access
    • Developer Site
    • Github Quickstart
    • Request Access to Beta or Restricted Features
    • App Strike, Suspension, or Denial

Details Page

On the details page, enter a subject and a description for your issue. For instance, if you are requesting access to a beta or restricted feature, use the name of the feature you would like to access in the subject, and explain your use for that feature.
In the app id field, enter the ID of the application that you need this help with. Click Continue to review your information.
You'll hear back by email soon.
